Booking Terms & Conditions
Finca Indigo · La Herradura, Andalucía · 23–28 October 2026
These terms apply to every booking made with Two Twenty-Two ("222", "we", "us" or "our") for The Radiance Retreat at Finca Indigo. By paying your deposit you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Finca Indigo is a privately rented venue. Your stay is also subject to the finca's own house rules and guest terms, the key points of which are set out below. We will share the finca's full guest terms with you on booking.
1. Your booking
Your booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it (usually by email) and received your deposit. A booking is personal to the named guest and may not be transferred to another person without our written agreement.
Places are limited and rooms are allocated on a first-paid basis. Until your deposit is received, your room is held but not reserved.
2. Prices, deposit and payment
Retreat prices are per guest for the room booked and are quoted from £1,150. En-suite and sea-view rooms are available at higher rates. Each price is all-inclusive of the items listed under "What's included" below.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of your retreat fee is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable.
Balance
The remaining 50% is due by 20 August 2026. If you book within 60 days of the retreat, the full fee is payable at the time of booking.
If your balance is not received by the due date, we may treat your booking as cancelled and release your room, with the cancellation terms below applying.
How to pay
Payment is in pounds sterling (GBP) by bank transfer. All prices are in GBP; if you are paying from outside the UK, any currency conversion or transfer charges are your responsibility. Payments should be made to Katherine Wykes Monzo SC: 04-00-03 AC# 51772107 If you would prefer an alternative payment plan, please ask before booking — we are happy to find something that works.

Optional extras and any venue charges (such as bar bills or personal laundry) are arranged and settled separately. We are glad to help arrange transfers, treatments and excursions on request.
5. Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. Because we pay the venue in full ahead of the retreat, the following applies:
| If you cancel… | What you receive |
|---|---|
| More than 60 days before arrival (on or before 24 August 2026) | Any payments made above the deposit are refunded. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. |
| 60 days or fewer before arrival (from 25 August 2026) | No refund. The full retreat fee is non-refundable, as your place is paid in full to the venue and cannot be recovered. |
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking (see section 13). It is your protection in every situation above where a refund is not available — please make sure it covers cancellation and curtailment, and take it out at the time you book.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to propose a replacement guest in your place, subject to our written agreement and the venue's requirements. We will always do our best to be fair and flexible where your circumstances allow.
The retreat is priced as a single package. No refund or credit is given for any part of the programme, meals, accommodation or activities you choose not to use.
6. Cancellation or changes by us
The retreat depends on a minimum number of guests. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel — for example if minimum numbers are not reached, or for reasons beyond our control such as illness of a facilitator, government restrictions, or serious damage to the venue — we will offer you either a full refund of all monies paid to us, or a transfer to a future retreat.
Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the amounts you have paid to us. We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred, such as flights, transfers or insurance — which is why we recommend insuring your booking.
We may occasionally need to adjust the programme, facilitators or schedule. The character and value of the retreat will always be maintained.
7. Health, wellbeing and suitability
The Radiance Retreat is a wellbeing experience. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing offered during the retreat should be taken as such.
By booking, you confirm that you are in good general health and able to take part in the activities you choose, including yoga, meditation and a guided hike on uneven coastal terrain. You take part in all activities, and use the venue's facilities including the pools, at your own discretion and risk.
Please tell us at the time of booking about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary needs or accessibility requirements, so that we and the venue can support you and advise on suitability. The venue is a rural property with rough ground, stone steps and steep slopes in places, and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or serious health conditions. We will share specific room and site information so that you can choose what is right for you.
Healing and bodywork experiences are offered by their facilitators within their own scope of practice. Where psychological expertise informs the programme, it is provided by the relevant qualified practitioner in their own professional capacity.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions throughout. If you have any doubt about your fitness to take part, please consult your GP before booking.
With your wellbeing and the comfort of the group in mind, we and our facilitators may, in good faith, ask a guest not to take part in a particular activity, or to step back from the retreat, where continuing would put their own or others' safety at risk. We would only ever do this with care and as a last resort, and no refund is due in these circumstances.
8. Behaviour and the venue's house rules
So that everyone can enjoy a peaceful retreat, we ask all guests to treat each other, our facilitators, the venue's staff and its neighbours with respect, and to follow the venue's house rules. In summary, the venue requires that:
- All guests are aged 14 or over.
- Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area.
- Pets are not permitted; regrettably this includes guide dogs, as the terrain would be unsafe for a visually impaired guest.
- Open fires and barbecues are restricted for fire-safety reasons and only ever used under staff supervision.
- All Spanish laws, including those on drugs and other substances, are observed.
- Wi-Fi is reliable in the social spaces and some rooms; phone coverage is good across the site.
We reserve the right to ask any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive to others to leave the retreat, without refund.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from your attendance at the retreat, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The venue, its facilities and any third-party services (such as transfers, excursions or treatments) are provided subject to the venue's and providers' own terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of the venue or any third-party provider.
We are not responsible for any travel to or from the retreat, or for delayed, missed or cancelled flights, ferries, transfers or other transport, whether or not we have helped to arrange them. Please allow comfortable time around your travel, and make sure your insurance covers missed departures and delays.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. Please look after your valuables.
These limitations and exclusions apply equally, and for the benefit of, our hosts, facilitators, staff and contractors acting on our behalf, as they do to Two Twenty-Two itself.
10. Your responsibility for damage or loss you cause
You are responsible for your own actions during the retreat. You agree to take reasonable care of the venue, its grounds and its facilities, and to behave in a way that is safe and considerate towards other guests, our team and our neighbours.
You agree to reimburse us for any loss, damage or cost we reasonably incur as a direct result of your own deliberate act, default or negligence — for example, damage you cause to the venue or its property, or a charge we have to meet on your behalf. This does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, to anything caused by us or our facilitators, or to anything outside your reasonable control. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer.
11. Photography
We may take photographs or film during the retreat for our own marketing. We will not publish any image in which you are identifiable without your consent. Please let us know in writing if you would prefer not to appear in any photography, and we will respect that throughout.
The venue may also take photographs for its own promotion. Its photography terms will be shared with you, and you may opt out with the venue directly.
12. Your information
We collect only the information we need to manage your booking and care for you during the retreat — such as your contact details, payment information, and any health, dietary or accessibility information you choose to share. We handle it in line with UK data protection law, keep it secure, and share it only where necessary (for example, relevant dietary or accessibility details with the venue). We will not add you to any marketing list without your separate, explicit consent. Our full privacy notice is available on request.
13. Travel insurance — a condition of booking
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking. By booking, you agree to hold a valid policy covering the full duration of your stay, and to provide details if we ask.
Your policy must cover, as a minimum: cancellation and curtailment, medical treatment and emergency repatriation, missed or delayed travel, and your personal belongings — and it must cover the activities you intend to take part in, including yoga, swimming and hiking.
We are not insurers and do not provide cover on your behalf. If you travel without adequate insurance, you do so at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any medical, financial or other loss you suffer as a result. Please note that domestic health cover — including private or employer health insurance in your home country — usually does not extend to treatment abroad, so an overseas travel and health policy is essential for all guests, wherever you are travelling from.
14. Passports, visas and entry requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any visa, permit or entry authorisation required for travel to Spain, and for meeting any entry, health or document requirements that apply to you. Requirements differ depending on your nationality and country of residence, and can change — please check the current rules well ahead of travel. We are not able to advise on, or take responsibility for, your eligibility to travel, and no refund is due if you are unable to attend because the necessary documents are not in place.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These terms, together with the venue's guest terms, set out the whole agreement between us in relation to your booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, wherever in the world you are travelling from. Please note that matters concerning the venue and the property itself are governed by Spanish law under the venue's own terms.
16. Contact
Any questions, or anything at all you would like to discuss before booking, are always welcome. Please contact us.
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions and the venue's guest terms.
